The showroom has so many beautiful options, and I ended up finding the perfect kitchen faucet and cabinet hardware. Leslie was amazing—super helpful, patient, and made the whole process really easy. I’ll definitely be coming back for future projects!
This is the first time that I have ever written a review, but Studio41's customer service is so egregious that it would be unethical for me to not say anything. The products I received (manufacturer - Schaub; all the same kind of knob but different sizes) were discolored - they didn't match the color on the website and, more importantly, they did match each other, rendering them unusable. A good experience, Denise Gonzales attended me, I made an estimate for some windows. She did a very good job, very passive and always very good attitude.
The products are beautiful and very nicely displayed. The customer service is fair at best and the quality of the cabinets are also fair especially considering the price. Clients would be better off at custom cabinet maker.
I rarely leave reviews but feel compelled to about my experience so others can avoid having the same experience. We ordered matching prefinished cabinets and shelves to make built in storage in our office. They both came finished - sort of. The cabinet fronts were nice - but the side that is exposed is unfinished. The shelves on the other hand were supposedly finished but they are of very poor quality and don't come close to matching the cabinets. I would never use this company again. First off the hardware we received was of poor quality. I had to spend $12.41 to have it shipped to me. Then when returned it cost me almost $16. I realized I would not be getting that money back. However, after I mailed it I was informed I mailed it to their showroom (that was the address on the box I received) and that there would be a 20% restocking fee. Ive been dealing with Arlene and Studio 41 for years and they are great to work with! Whether its Kohler or a specialty brand that one of my customers picks out they always make my job easier as a buyer with prompt quotes.When im in a bind and need quick answers(which i do alot) Arlene is the first person i call, shes the best!
