Terrible. My daughter lost 3 nails within a week. They were super thin. Paid $100. Tried to go back to get them fixed and was told they were too busy. Beware of the fake reviews here by employees and their family to boost their ratings.
This was my first visit in Studio West, came around 1130 in the morning, it wasn't busy, the shop is very nice, the staff was very friendly and very accommodating. I got the beauty nail and a classic pedicure and paid $116. I will say I was very pleased with the results.
