I love QZ. She has made all my treatments comfortable, pleasant, and relaxing. Plus, the conversation is always great. I trust her 100%. So far all of my treatments have shown great result. Now, I do not use anything on my face unless is QZ approved.

I really appreciate a business that views feedback as a gift! After a service was missed during my first visit, management reached out right away to take accountability. They handled the fix with such care that I actually feel better about the business now than I did before. Mistakes are human, but their effort to go above and beyond earned my loyalty. Can’t wait to come back!

I am very disappointed to have to write this because I thought I found my place, but the dermaplaning was the worst I have ever had. I could have done a better job myself and saved money. Also, after the treatment, there was still wax, mask, or some sticky substance all over my face and neck. For the price I paid, I expect better results. It's very unfortunate because, during the treatment, it was very relaxing, but coming home was highly disappointing. Taylor Easton is truly the best! I’ve been seeing her for years and she never misses. My brows always look incredible, and she nails the perfect tint match for my skin and hair every time. I’m so grateful I found her!
