I recently moved back from Las Vegas to San Diego and wanted to come back to the La Jolla area. We looked at some properties in the true La Jolla area such as off Nobel and La Jolla Village drive, but we needed to be closer to the 805 freeway. We decided to try the Crossroads because I remembered this property being a really nice property. We’ve lived here for 5+ years. Great location with access to freeways and walking distance to UTC Mall. Resident amenities are solid as well, including pools, gyms, sport courts, and enriching community events like free yoga in the park or in their studio. Price to value is really great here - we’ve looked at a lot of other apartments nearby and this ranks high on the list.
