I purchased a GroupOn months ago and now that they have reopened they refused to take it or even book me an appointment. It was too late to get a refund on GroupOn, even thought the voucher has not expired. I know places are have a difficult time right now, but it seems very unprofessional to sell something and then not honor it. I even offered to book my appointment for two months from now. Will not be calling them again.

I went in today a little bit nervous about dying my hair because I’m deathly afraid of chunky highlights. Fulvio and the rest of the staff are absolute godsends. My hair turned out to be a perfect dirty blonde and looks so natural. Everyone in the salon kept telling me how great it looks and I cannot stop looking at my hair. Studio v is literally the only place I trust with my hair.
I took a chance on a new salon with a groupon deal for foils and a cut. To my delight, Tony did my blond highlights exactly as I wanted them. For the cut, I just told him I wanted to chop my long hair off and go to shoulder length, I let him do the rest... I am obsessed with how easily I can style my hair now with the layers he added. Whether I blow dry it or not, it just falls perfectly. I love the cut!! Thanks Tony!
