I have been coming to this salon for over a year, and I always have an amazing experience. The staff is accepting and brilliant at what they do. I have come to the point where I can come in during my appointment time and say, " I'm not sure exactly what I want. What do you think?" And I am NEVER disappointed by the recommendations. If you want quality come here. Just be sure to call ahead and book an appointment, because they fill up fast!
Amazing staff! They have become like my family. I'm treated like royalty every time I come. Love, love, love the message I get when my hair is shampooed! Shout out to my Studio Sublime Peeps!
They make appointments and don't keep them.. just don't understand how they let a new client walk out and not even ask if there was something they could do. My wife made an appointment at 10am. They they call and say stylist will not be here till 11 to come then... she gets there and after waiting another 10 mins, stylist is still not there and they can't get a hold of her.
