Very disorganized when it comes to an event. I was supposed to attend the fifty shades dark event on 2/9/17 for my cousins birthday and due to the weather it was rescheduled, which is understandable. According to the social media rep, studio square's office was closed, which is why they didn't pick up the phone. They claimed to have emailed everyone that is a ticket holder, which I am, but never received an email about rescheduling the event. Nice establishment. Had a few pitchers of beer with a pro Trump political group of 14 and got great service and were welcomed nicely by the staff at the door. I call that excellent service and highly professional
I love quiet clubbing at Studio square. I've only been 3 times and every time I go I have a blast. My friends/family and I vow to go at least once a month. It's something different and definitely something everyone should experience at least once
You charge 65$ for an open bar and served skunk beer all night for New Year's Eve and even your bartenders knew. Real class act guys.
Completely disorganized and terribly understaffed. Waited an hour to get in despite having purchased tickets for an open bar from 9-1, and could barely get to the bar when I wanted a drink. I was lucky to get one drink every 30-40 minutes.
Went here last night for NYE. It could have been great but unfortunately they were so disorganized and understaffed it ruined the entire experience. Our group of 15 had purchased tickets in advance and we had to wait in line for over an HOUR to get in. The "bouncer" had no control over the situation.
