Went there for a #QuietEvents silent party. Had a great time. A little disorganized getting headphones but the staff was professional. Nice enough space. Way bigger than I thought which was great because it easily accommodated the large crowd. Clean bathrooms. Friendly bartender. Free water was appreciated by those of us who danced the entire night. I'll definitely be back.
If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a ticket for the 50 shades event that took place on February 9th. They had to reschedule the event which we never received a formal email notifying us. I was unable to attend the new date and called ticketfly to let them know, they said they will look into. Two weeks later they told me that they are waiting on YOUR ESTABLISHMENT to begin refunding people. I'm not sure what the issue is. It's been almost a month.
