I am new to Studio Spin and I absolutely love it! I had never been to a spin class in my life and I walked in one day and Julie got me in a class that same day. She was so welcoming and patient. She explained everything and made me feel so comfortable, even checking in on me throughout the week. I never thought I would say this, but I look forward to getting up early and getting to class! Julie and the other instructors are so motivating. For a newbie like me, this is exactly what I needed! I’s so glad I found Studio Spin!

Studio spin is a family! The energy is unmatched and the classes leave you feeling like your best self!!! SS kept me going through my pregnancy and helped me get back into the best shape following the birth of my baby!!! Recommend to anyone looking for a great workout!

Studio Spin is amazing. I never thought I would enjoy exercising, but now I come three times a week. It’s been only three months, and I’m close to my weight loss goal. Best of all, my fourteen-year-old daughter comes on weekends and loves the classes. The teachers are wonderful and so encouraging. Great variety of classes for every schedule. I highly recommend for anyone looking for effective and fun workouts.

I attend the Friday 10:30 class for 65+ taught by Sheryl. I LOVE this class and Sheryl's inspiring encouragement and workouts. We spin half the time and work with weights and strength postures the rest. I have become much stronger since starting with Sheryl and encourage anyone looking to increase their strength and endurance to come join us. I am 78 and the class is great for me!
