When I decided to try out Studio South I was very nervous. I had never taken a hot yoga class before and was worried I wouldn't know what to do. I dragged my mom along with me to try it out. We immediately fell in love! The instructors as well as all of the students there are extremely helpful and make you feel at ease. It is truly a happy and peaceful place. I have taken one barre class and one hot yoga class, and I am hooked! So happy to have such a high caliber studio near campus. Looking forward to grow with Studio South!
