We just moved states and needed something fast! We stumbled on studio rentals and was out in a waiting list and had an apartment the very next week! I paid the same price as anyone else and got a really cute updated unit and it was vibrant and spacious! The ac was not doing as it should so he night time was a little muggy, and the next day was a Saturday..but I still took a chance and called the manager! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! If I could give it -5 Stars I would. Bugs are so bad they literally crawl on you in your sleep. Dope heads on Mopeds, Everywhere. We literally have had people randomly walk in our "apartment" at all hours of the day & night. On at least 5 different occasions.If u call the cops for any reason, the manager Matt will find a way to get rid of you. Where 2 start. The "manager" Matt. Will help u if ur willing to screw him. There are so many bugs, I had to throw away my microwave. It was popping from the bugs, when I turn it on. There is so much methamphetamine in and around every single apartment in the entire complex. Unless ur slanging dope or smoking it; don't waste ur time and money.
