Noise travels very easily, and someone on the fourth or third floor is always smoking weed in their apartment or in the stairwell area. I’ve reported it to management, but nothing has happened. Sure it’s cheap, but I would not recommend staying here for more than a year. Another huge issue is getting packages. So far I’ve had a few get stolen, and other times I never got them because the driver was not able to get into the building because the office was closed.
