Noise travels very easily, and someone on the fourth floor is always smoking weed in their apartment or in the stairwell area. I’ve reported it to management, but nothing has happened
The rent is a little overpriced since the studios are so small. The apartment I have only has a mini fridge/freezer, and noise travels pretty easily through the walls and floors. The person above me walks around a lot, and I can hear his/her every step. Sure the area is nice and there are lots of places to check out. But for the size and all the noise from other apartments, it’s not really worth the price. For the little studio I rent I pay just a little over $1k
Small. Clean and nice but small too small for the price. If this place was $700-800 a month it would be a bit more worth it. Walls are pretty thin because units are so tiny. Management is nice and helpful though, when hearing my complaints. I've seen worse here in Portland.
