Close to coffee shops, parks and restaurants
Walls are very thin, so you can hear everything. Smell is a pretty big issue. At times I can either smell sewage or weed on the floor that I live on. Even on the lease it says smoking is not allowed in the apartments or in the building, but i guess management doesn’t care. Sure they will put notices on the doors. But no matter how many reports someone makes. Management won’t do anything about it.No matter how many complaints you make to management they will not do anything, and make up excuses. Noise travels very easily in this apartment building. Another huge issue is smell. It either smells like trash or someone smoking. Management doesn’t do anything about it. If you end up renting here, just keep in mind that there is only two washers and two dryers. The bike room is not secure. Multiple bikes have been stolen from it, and management doesn’t do anything about it. And the apartments only have a mini fridge, two burner stove and a microwave. So space will be very limited and cooking food will be difficult if you ... read more
