I want to state facts when I leave this review. I've lived in a roach infested apartment, and it was less stressful than living at Studio Parc. First, Cecelia Fiene addressed my partner by the incorrect name, calling him the name of another resident. This happened multiple times. That let's me know either 1.) you think all black men look the same or 2.) you dont keep up with who you're leasing to. I did commit a lease violation. I wanted to take a moment and share my gratitude, and also thank MASON , the maintenance staff and also CECELIA for being very helpful, patient , an understanding when I needed maintenance assistance. Especially recently, For fixing and replacing parts for my AC When it broke Down and even providing a portable temporary AC unit while mine was being fixed /parts being replaced ; etc and the maintenance techs was very nice and helpful as well. This apartment is a scam... they only give out two visitor parking passes for a month. so if you have alot of friends or family dont think you can let them come and park because they will towe your car... and there's only 13- 14 guest parking apots for the whole complex... the ducks poop everywhere every step you take uou are stepping on poop, even on your car.... the neighbors let their dog poop anywhere around the complex!
