I'll give the 1 star because you can't put less. The 1 star is because women who waxed and tinted my eyebrows was great. I'd give more stars just for her, but my experience got destroyed by Sarah. The worst haircut and color job I've EVER had! Haircut looks nothing like what I asked for and she seems to know exactly what I wanted which wasn't hard... I was honestly very disappointed. My mother and I went there to treat ourselves and while she got a massage and facial I got my hair highlighted and cut. Not only were they snobby, my stylist ended up not even changing my color! My hair looks the EXACT same if not darker. It was way too pricy for not even getting what I wanted.
