Serena Ortiz is the best. She pays attention to details and always has a positive attitude. She is awesome with color and cuts. She stays up to date on the latest styles, but doesn't ever push you to change.

You must make an appointment for a cut/color with Serena Ortiz. She is excellent at what she does and she is always willing to listen to what I "think" i can do with my hair! She will make suggestions and comments about my ideas if she thinks they would not be for me and she does it in such a way that you feel like it was all your idea and she is always spot on with knowledge of cuts, colors, ahir types, which product would be good (or not) for me to use. SHe is just great.

I get my nails done here by Tan and he is fabulous. My nails always look professional, and nice. I used to use a place down in grays lake and my nails always lifted and looked thick but not when Tan does them. He is always on time for appts and always pleasant. I have been going to him for almost 2 yrs now and I'm so glad I found him.

Carrie is the best! I've been going to her since I moved to Illinois in 2008 and I'm always very happy with my hair. She always takes her time with my appointment, never rushing me through like some long-term stylists I've been to in the past at other salons. I get thoughtful and honest advice from her when I think about using a new product or making a change and she's is always willing to show me (a completely non-skilled hair person) how to do something with my hair that I can't figure out. I've been to a lot of massage therapists, so I know the difference between a good one and a bad one, and ALEETA is one of the best. She took the time to ask me what I wanted, what kind of pressure, and got into more detail than most therapists do. The result was an incredible massage with the perfect pressure. I like therapeutic massages that really work on releasing the tension in the muscles and I left feeling peaceful and relaxed. I highly recommend Aleeta - she really cares about her clients!

I have always had thick hair and usually kept it pretty long. Vicki Millard has been cutting my hair for many years and I have always LOVED every style we tried on me. Her color always turns out AMAZING. I have been keeping it one color, but even with that she has found a way to make it multi-dimentional and give the look of highlights with the technique she uses. The spa services here are great. ALLETA is an amazing massage therapist. I highly recommend her. She is not only gives excellent massages but she is very friendly and professional.

I've been coming to Studio 21 for over 17 years. I had been looking for a change since I hit the big 50 and my daughter suggested that I try Heather. She has always done fantastic cuts and colors on my daughter so I decided to go for it. I have uncontrollable natural curly/frizzy hair and thank goodness Heather is very experienced with my texture of hair. I love the spa services at Studio 21. April was an excellent massage therapist. I would definitely recommend her. She made me feel comfortable and checked throughout the massage to see that i was happy with the massage. She was very friendly and professional. I have gone to Spa 21 for many years and have always had a great experience.
