I came to Karoline for trauma clearing from my body. I was needing help clearing old emotion/pain from my nervous system. I was fascinated that not a lot of talk therapy needs to happen during these session. Your body speaks to her through muscle testing and then you release. I had life changing results so very fast. There's really no way to put into words what I experienced during my visits with Karoline, but I will try my best! After over a decade of therapy I have never experienced healing like what she offers, and in such a peaceful and safe cozy space.
