I found a deal on Groupon for $54 keratin + haircut. Once I visited salon, they asked me to pay extra $45 saying my hair length is too long (it is upto 2 inches below my shoulders). Their haircut was really good but their keratin didn’t even last after one wash. I used keratin friendly shampoo and followed all the instructions. I called them to fix it but they said that their keratin is different, it only adds shine to your hair and it doesn’t fix wavy hair or frizziness. I mean what’s the point of getting keratin then. I never write a review but this time I felt that l needed to...I have been getting my hair done for over 50 years. And I have been getting keratin for the last 20. I have to say this is the worst haircut and keratin. I have ever gotten!!!! I have a very important event coming up. And I'm very upset because now I don't look the way I wanted to. I have never been so upset about a haircut. And now I don't know what to do I have this important event coming up

This was an explanation of the service being offered “ One Keratin with Hair cut: A smoothing and straightening treatment plus a stylish haircut”. Haircut took less than 1min which I corrected myself at home because it was uneven. Two days later (added nothing nor washed) my hair was semi curly again. I didn’t wet, or color my hair for over 2 weeks, nor added product to it, so it wasn’t because of that.
