Not only does she know what she's doing (I have crazy stick-straight hair) but she's one of the few stylists that actually LISTENS to what I want done before cutting away. Make this your salon! – I went to Studio K for the first time last summer and had Gloria cut my hair off for Locks of Love. I'm such a wimp when it comes to getting haircuts and this was a major one! She was wonderful! Making sure, every step of the way, of what she was doing, how much was coming off, how I wanted it styled afterwards - she definitely calmed my nerves and made me very comfortable. Once I was setteled into Charlotte, I decided on the spur of the moment to have my hair highlighted here in Charlotte! BIG MISTAKE!!!
