Let me begin by saying my gripe is not with anyone who works the front desk at DTN. They have always been helpful and kind. I also never leave reviews, but I am compelled to regarding this. READ THE FINE PRINT. The company will try to milk every penny out of you they can, and trust me, there are pennies to find in places you never would even think of. The unit itself was mediocre. I am excited to move OUT the wifi is horrible (90$ a month!!!!), the heating is horrible, expensive washing and drying machines, 80$ a month parking, no cameras at the front entrance - in case your package is stolen (one of my packages was stolen). The house is surrounded by frat houses so it is super loud on friday nights. Other than that i like my apartment, its really close to north neighbourhood.

I haven’t received my security deposit. I was told since I didn’t receive it I would have to pay to have it resent…. It’s been over a months since I’ve moved out. Why am I supposed to pay for a check I never received?
