The Best Colorist in Town! – My hair needed help! It was, shall we say, unintentionally multicolored from DYI touch-ups and bad dye jobs.I found Level 4 Salon and master colorist Kwandee through CitySearch and thought I'd give it a try. Great Color – Brandon was great. I don?t know if anyone has been a nervous as me trying to find a good stylist /colorist. (I have had a few bad experiences), but this was perfect. Brandon was a good listener, and a good stylist. We consulted on a color that wouldn?t fade (which my color seems to always do) and it is the same shade as the day I left the salon. Definitely returning.
my hair has a new best friend! – I've gotten my hair cut twice at Level 4 by Kwandee and have left feeling like a queen both times! Kwandee really takes the time to get a feel for your hair and what will work best for YOU. He listened to what I wanted, gave me a beautiful cut, and spent about an hour with me after that to show me different ways I could style it. This man is truly passionate about hair and it shows! I'll definitely be back!

Best haircut – This is the first salon I visited more than once since moving to the Bay area from NYC last year. I've tried several other salons, but none have provided the high level of creativity that I expected. Brandon is the absolute best, a true artist. He has the ability to cut hair to match the shape of your face. He cuts with such precision - the final product will make you wish you didn't have to wash your hair.
Great Service! – I love to try out different hair salons maybe because I haven't found the right place yet. But Level 4 Salon is a place I can see myself going on a regular basis. Kwandee- the magic colorist!!!!! – After a "forced divorce" from my colorist of 12 years due to the front desk/receptionist issues, I was on the search for a new place.
