Fab Colorist – Kwandee is the best. I always get complements on my hair color. He does an amazing job. I have had stylist from other salons complement my color and ask about Kwandee.
Great for both of us! – Kwandee did a fantastic job on my very difficult hair color. I had a BAD hair color that took hours to fix--Kwandee was kind and patient and my hair turned out beautiful. I later had my hair cut by Berlin (who cut my husband's hair perfect) and that turned out very well, too! I recommend both highly.
GREAT SPOT! – Kwandee is exceptional at hair coloring and highlighting...he definitely knows what he is doing and clearly loves what he is doing. For haircutting, Berlin, also knows what he is doing and understands different hair textures and give you the tools to work with the hair you have. Corina has always been very kind and efficient in taking all my schedule changes!

Kwandee is the Best! – Kwandee is the best color and highlight stylist! I am glad that he has found his home at Level 4 Salon, as the service is professional, relaxed and fun atmosphere. Kwandee has been highlighting my har for the past 10 years, and I strongly recommend him. fabulous experience – although each time I go, I've had a different stylist, I walk away with a great haircut I absolutely love. The best time to go is during the day midweek where it's most relaxing.
Letisha is an artiste – Letisha has been cutting/coloring my hair for three years, in three different salons. She is very talented and knowledgeable about how hair will behave with different cuts/styles. I was really scared to put any dye in my naturally dark blonde hair, but she highlights it in a way that looks beautiful and natural. What's most important for me is that I can trust her. We all love Kwandee – My friends and I have been going to Kwandee for hair color for over 10 years and LOVE him. He is an exceptionally talented colorist who has been generating wonderful compliments on my hair from others for as long as I have used him. We have all followed him around San Francisco and now that he is at Level 4, we are all extremely happy. None of us would consider going to anyone else!! He is the best!
