Jen is a terrific instructor! We had a great time in the bungee class! Looking forward to next time!
Attention to me as new client was great. Kept me safe and made sure I understood how to get started. Enthusiastic. My only complaint is that there is no signage marking the location….. very hard to find if you are not already familiar.
This class was definitely a challenge but it was totally worth it and a lot of fun!

It's the only thing I would get up at 5:30am on my off day for! Kickboxing is my fav! If you're looking for a great workout family and getting pushed outside your comfort zone, this is the place!
