Great Place for Haircut in Salt Lake – I work for an airline and had recently transferred to the Salt Lake area. Worst of worst – I heard a lot of good things about this salon so I went there to get a haircut. First of all, I felt that $35 for a man's hair cut was too expensive and I was so disappointed with the way my stylist handled my hair. I showed her my old picture, kind of style that I wanted and as far as my experience goes, most hairstylists get an idea what the customer wants when they see the picture. Wouldn't go anywhere else – It's nice to go to a salon and not be inundated with white walls with pictures of women's hands. Hands with extremely long nails. Or badly handwritten posterboards with the price of a paraffin wax. The decor in here alone, in my opinion, is reason enough to go. Every time I go anywhere else I always wonder why. Horrible Manicures – Two coworkers and I went to get manicures before a tradeshow. Mine was particularly bad, dark color with poor coverage, no cuticle work, polish job looks like a teenager experimented on my nails. Our nails didn't even dry despite sitting for a long time under the UV dryer. My coworkers' nails were cut too short and crooked. Just overall a bad experience. Will not be back and will be certain to let others know of the poor service.

Finally found my Stylist! – It's taken me years, but I think I've finally found my person in Utah, and her name is Lien! After reading some great reviews about Studio H2o, I took advantage of the Citysearch discount and scheduled an appointment. I was lucky enough to be able to go on a weekday so I only had to book a couple of days in advance, but I'm sure weekends require more time to book an appointment. Great Stylist – I'm not a salon type of girl. In fact, I hate getting my hair done. Having to sit there for two hours (I have a lot of hair), participating in the inane banter with my stylist who is annoyingly way cooler than me. One might say I had serious commitment issues when it came to stylists. I would stick with them for a couple months then leave them for someone new. My search has ended! Above and Beyond!! – I've have been coming here since they've open. All the stylist get continuing educations in various cities like L.A. and New York. I always get lots of compliments after leaving here. Everyone I've recommended loves it! Good job guys!!

Perfect Experience! – I have been visiting this salon for a couple of years now for nails only, but have not had time to get my hair done there (I live in Wyoming). I did have the time last week though, and was surprised when I was able to get an appointment for the date and time I requested with just two days notice. In addition, I called the day before the appointment and was able to have the time moved to earlier in the day. Love the Salon! – I just love coming here. Everyone is so friendly and nice. I get my hair done by Lien or Thida depending on who has availiblity. It's worth the drive for me to get exactly what I want.
