The people here are nice, I’ll give them that. If you ever buy a product here and don’t like it you pretty much are shit out of luck or you get half of what you originally payed for regardless of how much is left or how many times you used it. I don’t plan on ever coming back. I think there should be signs somewhere in the store letting people know the return policy (for people who are new to this place). It would suck for this to happen to anyone else.
Like any trendy salon around town you take your chances getting service done. I went against my better judgement and took my 11 yr old daughter for a hair cut here. I called to see how much it would cost, online it says ranging from (30-50$) for a kids cut. (Depending on who your stylist is) The ladies answering the phones making appt should know exactly how long the stylists have been cutting. Its just part of the business.
