I love coming to see Eli, he just gets the vision and makes it happen with my hair every time!
Came twice for a hair cut and a lightning. Taylor did an excellent job. There was great communication and the place has a really nice atmosphere; really makes you feel comfortable and welcome. Especially for a first time to get your hair done and are not sure where to go and may be nervous on what to say what you want-this is the place to go to.
I’ve been really disappointed with my experiences here. I often left with results that didn’t reflect what I asked for where wrong products were used, changes were made I never requested, and it felt like my instructions were forgotten. After spending so much money, I was left feeling frustrated and like I didn’t get what I paid for. On top of that, the atmosphere didn’t feel as inclusive or professional as it appears online.
