Horrible, horrible, horrible experience. I'd never recommend this salon. I told the girl I wanted cool highlights and she gave me very warm, gold hair even after toning. Then she didn't even style my hair after paying a high price for highlites the wrong color. Not cool to pay a lot of money and not even get a style with the high price. Why would anyone in the public want to get their hair done by a place that won't even style u without extra money.
