Great classes, and an amazing instructor. Great for beginners all the way through to those that need to be challenged. Lizzie’s has so much passion which is very evident through her classes. 100% recommend!

Lizzie is a fantastic Pilates instructor! She is great at explaining each exercise and how it benefits your body. Lizzie gets to know her clients, caters for injuries and different ability levels, and provides options to adjust the level of challenge. I was nervous when I first tried Pilates but Lizzie’s warm and encouraging approach made me feel comfortable from the first session. Highly recommend!
