I came in asking for soft, face-framing layers, but ended up with something that looks like a bob sitting on top of long hair - almost like bad extensions. I've been searching for a great hairdresser for years, and I'm so glad I finally found one! Ernesto is truly professional and highly skilled with all hair types. I have thick hair, and no one had ever suggested the right haircut for me—until Ernesto. He pays attention to every detail, and the result was amazing. I've received so many compliments on my hair since! He is meticulous, knowledgeable, and truly understands what works best for each client.

Ernesto gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had! I’ve never had a stylist who listened so patiently to my needs and delivered exactly what I asked for. I wanted a low-maintenance style that I could simply wash and go, and that’s exactly what I got. I waited to post my final review until after I’d washed my hair to see if I still felt the same—and I absolutely love it. Highly recommend! Bonus points to Ernesto for explaining every step of the process and why he was doing it, which made the experience both informative and fun.
