Laurie Kelley asked me to join her at this new workout gym with a trainer named Shane, 5 years ago? I was out of shape, over weight, and quite discouraged. His positive energy and his belief in me kept me coming back. Since then I have worked out with many trainers at Studio Fitness, Darcy, Keane, Kelly, Andy, and soon Jordan! They all make me want to be better, be fitter, and defy my years of "experience." Thank you Studio Fitness for your contribution to my longevity! Thank you Laurie for the invite!
Shane continues to kick me in gear every time I head in! This is by far the best personal - key in on personal - training studio around. Shane works hard to personalize my private workouts and has helped me plan my individual workouts to keep the results coming when he isn't around to push me. I challenge anyone who is on the fence about using a personal trainer, to visit the studio, and get a workout in. You will be glad you did it!
