I prefer the intimacy of a small gum... they have classes, they also have the personal trainer the one-on-one sessions. which has really helped me with my workout. all sorts of ages & sizes... just a great atmosphere!

Great place to train and take group classes. Encouraging and motivating. People of all ages and sizes work on a healthy lifestyle. Also a great place to recover from injury or illness.
I’ve heard that it takes making a relationship to keep you coming back to a gym. This place has become gym family. I just moved to Lakewood and this place is my favorite part about living here.
Amazing team at Studio fitness! Jordan is a great personal trainer. He knows when to push and when to be supportive. Love it there!
