i purchased my stairmaster over 2 months ago and i still have not received it. to be crystal clear- i paid the entire amount in full thousands of dollars $$$$$$$$$$$. i dealt directly with wes and ahmad ( who turned in to a ghost after i asked where my unit was) again do not buy here- they will ask for payment in full- then never deliver - classic case of not having the money to buy your order so they rely on you to give them a loan to buy it and then someday ship it to you. i am real custmer - do not write back and s... read more

This is a poorly operated business. The sales team does not seem interested in selling. Not able to read. No call back. Sad.

I purchased a $2000+ indoor cycling bike from this company 10 days ago. I was promised by the salesman, Chris Birky, that it would be shipped within several days, and I would receive it within 7-10 days. After 6 days and no notifications, I checked in with Chris via email, and I received no reply. I have sent two additional follow ups with no reply. Ordered bike, sales people continually lied about the shipping. Four different sales people told me the bike shipped 20 days later; yet couldn't provide a tracking number. Come to find out from Studio Cycles supplier that the item still hadn't shipped 1 month later. When I tried to cancel the order they were quick to inform me they will charge me a $400 cancellation fee; yet they couldn't provide the product. Check the BBB complaints before buying from these people
