I so appreciate how quickly my two car keys were fixed with new batteries!
Went in thinking I needed a new fob, and they showed me I just needed a battery. Could have made so much money from me but were honest! I will def come back 🤘🏽💪🏽
I had a terrible experience at this locksmith store. The person working there was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I asked for a proper receipt for the service I had paid for, they just threw copies of my keys into the garbage can without any explanation or justification. I would strongly advise against using this locksmith store for any of your needs. Their customer service is abysmal, and their disregard for providing proper documentation is unacceptable.
Needed a spare key for my very old C-class Mercedes. I had initially gone to a mall kiosk but it was rejected since the key's just so old. Meanwhile, Gary at Studio City Plaza was extremely helpful in finding a way to cut the spare despite not having the exact blank. Very friendly and knowledgable service, and very fair pricing. I regret getting my house keys copied at the mall kiosk after seeing him whip up copies for other customers at a much better cost! Would highly recommend.
