This was the rudest welcome into a hair salon I have ever experienced. The people at the front desk need a class on customer service. I’m used to pretentious hair salons, but this one took the cake! Will not be returning. There are so many places in Tampa to get your hair done, go where they at least act like they appreciate your business.

I should preface this by saying that I generally really like Studio Cabello. Everyone is really friendly, and they do a great job. However, today I had an appointment scheduled for 12:30PM. The appointment had been booked for over a month. I received a confirmation text the day before, and I confirmed the appointment. Then I show up for my appointment, and I am told that my stylist can't see me until 3:15PM because she got behind.
