Gisele is a gifted teacher Gisele at Mind, Body Fitness Pilates has the patience of Job and the calmness of a saint. Gisele was great when I went with two friends for a studio session. We girls were being silly and a bit unruly when we started, but with patience and a strong determination, Gisele whipped us into shape and gave us a terrific lesson.
Great Pilates Studio – Mind Body Fitness is a real gem in the heart of Los Feliz! They have great teachers, friendly management, and a clean, attractive facility with all the necessary Pilates equipment. I am happy I found the place about two years ago when my regular place, which was closer to home, closed it's doors. MBF is a tad of a drive for me coming from Burbank but I continue to do so because it's always proved to be a great experience.
