First time I have been there and I absolutely loved it. Wasn't quite sure going in what I wanted, and Luke definitely helped me. Ended up getting exactly what I had pictured! will be returning!
The bar has been set high! This was the friendliest and most open Salon I've ever been to! The level of professionalism and knowledge with this group of people is unprecedented in Springfield! It's about time we got a Salon of this caliber around here! All the amenities of high class, and none of the snobby attitude! Studio B, you ROCK! You're an amazing group of people!
Nice place, but don't bother getting here early, or even close to "on time" for an appointment. I waited over half an hour for a 5:15pm appointment and gave up, because they seemed more interested in chatting with their "regulars" than fitting in a new customer. IF I had unlimited time and decided to wait until they were ready to attend to me, more than likely I would have gotten a RUSH job, as it would have been close to closing time before they finished up. Defiantly very homie and all the workers are so nice!!!!!! They totally live up to there slogan " where it's all about you " LOVE IT HERE!!!!!!!
