Didn't follow the brief we gave, came back with designs that were almost 2x what we stated our budget was. Designs were really lacking in consistency and creativity, the answer to all problems were to put about $100k worth of retaining walls to create a flat canvas instead of applying landscape design solutions. Didn't understand building practices around drainage and building aprons.
