I came in from out of town to get hair and makeup done for my wedding. My biggest complaint was with my makeup/artist. I expressed to the artist that I am a more neutral person, showed her pictures. She insisted on STENCILING on my eye brows very dark. I have very little light blonde eyebrows as is. She started CUTTING them to fit her stencil.
