Studio 91 is highly misleading. Preet completely disregards client instructions and does whatever she wants, regardless of your preferences. If you leave a negative review, she will call and harass you, demanding that you take it down. Instead of taking responsibility for her mistakes, she plays the victim and uses emotional manipulation. I have been coming to preet since April of 2025. It’s been hard to find someone after moving states . She does an amazing job with brow threading and facials . I have taken my mother in law and she loves how preet makes her and me feel like at home and her job is excellent 🙏🏼🩷

This was the most unprofessional and emotionally exhausting experience I’ve ever had with a beauty provider. I booked a waxing service and confirmed it twice. She waxed part of my brows, then suddenly switched to threading without telling me. When I raised concerns during the appointment about the brow mapping, she avoided the issue entirely.
