I truly had high hopes for Jack and his team, but we never got out of the gate. After a great initial phone call and loose verbal agreement, I had confidence. Jack, based on his own words, wanted to come see the car before he gave me a quote and finalized a date to do the work. After that conversation and a quick text exchange, he went MIA. I've tried contacting him in various ways, with breathing room between attempts, and have not received a response. I hope he's alright. Absolutely fantastic service. Our car looked brand new when the service was complete (no easy feat when two of the primary passengers are a tiny human and a pup). Super friendly staff with great communication. Can’t recommend highly enough!
