Clean room and friendly staff. Great coffee. Elevator was not working, but I was only on the second floor. Trying to call the front desk to get my receipt because I had to leave in a hurry and no one‘s answering. If you can see this please contact me here.
Front office staff were excellent. There was a nice area for walking my dog. There's a gas station within sight of the hotel. The room was not very clean -- the carpet had not been vacuumed, the horizontal surfaces had some kind of white residue, there were brown hairs on the sink ( I am blonde). There was no soap or shampoo available. There was really poor quality toilet tissue (it falls apart at the least bit of moisture) & good quality facial tissue. This was a handicap room. My room - even though it was supposed to be on a nonsmoking hall - smelled of cigarettes and mold - I had arrived tired and slept there.. woke up with a headache and then came back to the room after work and everything was worse - ppl were actively smoking in the non smoking hall and people were being loud at 130am at which point I asked for a room change and the night staff and then manager refused and weren’t even polite about it telling me I should have asked earlier.
