We have always found Motel 6 to provide clean rooms and good rates until tonight. We left at 9:40pm tonight after finding black mold on the ceiling snd wall of the restroom in our first room (120) and then fleas in the bed in room 106. They refused to give us a refund until a night manager would come in at 11pm… they said I can’t call them for the refund because their phone isn’t working. Seriously?!? Not sketchy. Good price for a night's stay.
They had stains on the blankets and on the sheets like someone shit on it or bleed on it wasn’t nice
Clean room and friendly staff. Great coffee. Elevator was not working, but I was only on the second floor. Trying to call the front desk to get my receipt because I had to leave in a hurry and no one‘s answering. If you can see this please contact me here.
