checked in opened door roaches scampering everywhere told my husband i will see you outside grabbed up our stuff got back to lobby and told them there was too many roaches he said he could call maintenance i told him i was not staying he tried to give us a refund we have to call hotels.com in the morning

This was a horrendous dirty experience that I tried my hardest to make the most of when I checked in, everything seemed simple, then when I went in the room I saw that it was filthy, the sheets smelled of sweat and roaches. Stains all over the walls, hand prints on the headboard of the bed clearly the people who stayed before were having a good time I had to wipe off myself, I cleaned and disinfected the room myself, including the electrical plugs and lightswitches as well as the door knobs due to the crusty stuff all over, ... read more
