I have been staying here for 5 weeks. I had an internship at UT Austin on the weekdays and needed to go home for the weekends so I was coming every week here. As a repeating customer, I expected better service and behavior than this. We asked to get room service and the lady came and said "You, out." Very rude. Extremely rude. Perfect distance from the Tesla plant, wonderfully patient and professional staff, and very clean and tidy rooms. I stayed for about 6 months and the only complaint I can come up with is that they would, on rare occasion, forget to replace my foot towel in the bathroom after cleaning, so I would have to be a heathen and use one of the spare big towels to walk on.

Edit: I can only imagine the hotel must be under new management or ownership, Crystal (if that's even her name) was extremely rude this evening when checking in. I didn't want to put this out there as I thought it was a special deal between me and management that I wouldn't have to pay the deposit since I lived here for about 8 months and for at least 4 of those, I didn't have to pay a deposit as I was a regular and well known guest. For the money, how could you complain about this establishment. It was clean and when we had a problem with our original room, they gladly moved us to a different room. I would definitely consider it again when we return to Austin next year.
