VERY POOR SERVICE, I scheduled a trim and this lady completely butchered my hair and wouldn’t issue me a refund and threatened to call the cops on me, literally RUN far away from this place.

This is my third visit. I discovered Janie during a Google search because I was in desperate need of hair care (emphasis on the CARE). I had a very unfortunate experience last year after a visit to another salon. My hair became very fragile and damaged. After reading Janie's reviews I knew I found the solution. She is everything the reviews say she is and I am very pleased with the results!!
