Great customer service I received a plant as a housewarming gift, and it died shortly thereafter. I knew the plant was from Kabloom, and took it back to see what they could do about it.Their customer services was really great. They found out how much the plant was worth, and allowed me to return it and pick out another one. They helped me choose one that would require less of a green thumb and advised me how to take care of it. They are a little bit expensive, but the customer service can't be beat! Best Florist in Providence Beautiful shop and very helpful staff. My wedding was small but they treated me like I was the biggest account they had. Very elegant designs. I love the place.

Michelle was PHENOMENAL. I planned our wedding out of state without ever meeting her in person. She was super communicative and professional. Throughout the planning stage, she immediately understood my vision and executed it PERFECTLY. The flowers were more than I could have ever imagined (or found on Pinterest). They were beautiful!! She went out of her way to make sure I was happy and all while being in different states! Thank you so much, Michelle. You are so talented!!

This past weekend my younger brother married his best friend, his forever! Everything was going as planned until it wasn’t, the florist my sister in law booked was MIA with the flowers. Long story short the florist had the wrong date, when we finally had to tell the bride she would have no flowers for the ceremony she broke into tears. Studio 539 was such a pleasure to work with. They were always quick to respond to my emails and were very patient any time I had questions. We actually didn’t need a whole lot of flowers for our wedding since we were doing DIY centerpieces but I never felt like I was any less important as their other brides with much bigger orders. I think my only complaint would be that I had wanted my bouquet to be more ‘branch like’ but they had also let me know ahead of time that they would do the best they could with what was available ... read more

Danielle did an amazing job putting together the bridal bouquet, a corsage, and boutonnieres for my wedding. Having absolutely no knowledge with flowers, I provided her with bunch of pinterest images of what I was envisioning. She then provided other ideas to make the arrangements more aesthetically pleasing, and offered alternative flowers to replace the ones that won't be in season. In the end, she put together colors that I exactly wanted and delivered everything right on time. Thank you for the beautiful arrangements!
