Studio 49 is the best place to begin your day! Christie's CRT method is THE MOST EFFICIENT workout, there is a positive vibe throughout, Christie is FULL OF ENERGY and encouragement and has the best play list! Get your sweat and health on here!
Studio 49 has a real community feel offering a number of varying workouts so you never feel bored. The workouts are challenging, but can be modified when needed. I love the good energy from the instructors. But mostly I love ferling the results of their methods.
Studio 49 Fitness is a great neighborhood fitness studio (not a salon). It offers a wide variety of cardio, strength training and yoga classes, including TRX and circuit training. The instructors are knowledgable, welcoming and friendly...regardless of one's fitness level. If you are new, your first class is free...which generous, especially given not all Indy fitness/pilates/yoga studios offer it. I have tried several similar studios in Indy...this one made me feel most welcome and at home. Also, a great workout!
