For the reviews I was expecting top level service. I never go to the salon but wanted the premium package for hair treatment since my hair is breaking and thinning from stress. I don’t use dye or chemicals on my hair btw, not against it but my hair completely natural. There were pretty chandeliers and a coffee bar. But it lacked the passionate gay guy skill I was hoping for that came with the extra cost. On top of that, they charge more than the advertised price. I had an appointment at this salon that didn’t turn out as I had hoped, but the owner, Stephanie, truly went above and beyond to make it right. She was understanding, professional, and personally offered to redo my haircut. Stephanie took the time to listen to what I wanted and delivered a result I’m very happy with. After my third visit with Chelsea I thought that it's past time I left her a glowing review. I'm a guy who has been trying to recover his hair after a bad perm experiment from another salon.
