They do not try to help the client's they are providing services for. No helpful information regarding how to obtain information about dental crown they created. Any question I asked was responded with a blanket statement in order to avoid any accountability. Sorry Mam I call "BS!" You can maintain your plausible deniability while losing another customer.

Please let me help you save your time. Do NOT use this lab. The cases took a long time to receive to our office. We kept emailing them and calling them for the status of the cases. They would not respond or we would be on hold for over an hr and no one would get back to us. When we finally got ahold of them about a specific case, they gave us a date of when we would receive it. They lied to us about the status of a case and it wasn’t until a month later they finally emailed us telling us they lost the case.

I have had a credit of $715 that they promised will be refunded and it’s been over a year. I call and I am told many times over that it’s on the way. Read the other reviews. Ridiculous!
