Completely digital from scanning to monitoring our cases on their website to communicating detailed fabrication notes! Cases are fabricated and delivered with first rate service and quickly. Worked with studio 360 for 7-8years. We had some difficulty around Covid with communication and cases getting lost, allocation of payments etc, and we moved to a different lab for a year. But Scott was always available for a chat whenever I had any questions— even when I wasn’t sending cases to studio 360. After a year of hiatus, we went back to studio 360, since then, they had change in ownership and it’s been consistent with cases and communication. Don’t plan on going anywhere else !
