I wanted to share my whole experience here. I booked online for 6:15. When I got there, nobody was at front desk but I could hear people talking in the back and figured she was finishing up. About 15 minutes go by and the lights turned off. The girl there did not know I was there and she called the person who was doing my brows. She said my girl would be there soon and then she left. Rachel is the absolute best! I went to get my eyebrows done and she made me feel so welcomed relaxed and comfortable. Her work is incredible and outstanding! I’m beyond in love with my eyebrows! I am so glad I went to her. She definitely got them perfect and stunning!
I chose this provider based on the great reviews and was really looking forward to my first threading experience. While I appreciate that she came in after not realizing there was an appointment, I was disappointed overall. I’d recommend calling to confirm your appointment, as I received a booking confirmation through her website, but she wasn’t aware it had been scheduled.
