Tried this place for a Brazilian wax and was disappointed all around. There was a child running around who was the granddaughter of the woman doing my wax and she was wild and unsupervised pretty much the whole time yelling and even knocking on the door when I was getting my wax which made the experience extremely uncomfortable added to that was the table they had me lay down on literally looked and felt like the exam table from my OBGYN that they just put a puppy pad on top of. I wanted to share my whole experience here. I booked online for 6:15. When I got there, nobody was at front desk but I could hear people talking in the back and figured she was finishing up. About 15 minutes go by and the lights turned off. The girl there did not know I was there and she called the person who was doing my brows. She said my girl would be there soon and then she left. Rachel is the absolute best! I went to get my eyebrows done and she made me feel so welcomed relaxed and comfortable. Her work is incredible and outstanding! I’m beyond in love with my eyebrows! I am so glad I went to her. She definitely got them perfect and stunning!
