I had my hair cut about 5 times by one of the stylists here, who I was told was good with short styles. Each time, I've arrived home to find that I looked like I had one style on the left and another on the right, it was that uneven. I did return to have it repaired once, and after that, I thought maybe I was being too "picky." My stylist didn't shampoo me the 4th time, nor did she ask if I wanted my hair washed, yet she charged me full price. I was new in town and was not sure where to go -- I stopped in to by my Mother-in-law a gift certificate and had wonderful service from Erica and then thought I would give them a try. Well two haircuts later and soon some highlights and I am hooked. Thanks for the welcome and the friendly service.
