I do not recommend this spa for massages, the staff changes constantly and 50% of any appt I have booked over the few years I have attended is canceled with no effort to correct and book with another masseuse. All the massage staff has basically quit quoting mgmt problems and I see why. There is only one massage staff member left now and when I booked an appt 3 weeks in advance for my BIRTHDAY, specifically quoting it's my birthday, I want to get the whole pkg- Guess what? Had a girls day with my cousins for my Grandmother’s birthday and we had a fantastic time! Everyone was so friendly and quick and ready to help in anyway possible!! Ashlee Adams is the BEST! I've been going to her for several years and am constantly getting compliments on my hair! Although she's very busy, shes always willing to work with my schedule and make changes if need be. Go see Ashlee today!!!
Esme by far is the BEST stylist I've ever had! I have fine, curly hair that is difficult to find stylists for and I am so glad I started going to her. She ALWAYS makes my hair look good whether it's a cut or a color. I usually just go in there and say this is kind of what I want but I don't know and she'll take whatever I said and run with it. She did my first ombre and it turned out beautiful, she's just really good at taking an idea of what you think you want and making it look better than you thought it would :)

Esmé does an absolutely amazing job! She has been doing my hair for years and I always walk away with an amazing cut. She is an expert no matter what type of hair service you are asking for. Esmé knows exactly what it right for you and your hair!
before making my appointment I spoke to the receptionist and explained my situation about my previous experience at another salon. I specifically asked for Ashley to cut my hair ( she was recommended by someone I met ) Ashley came to the phone, I then explained to her about my situation! If you’re looking for a salon on the south side of Indianapolis, you’ve found it. I love my stylist—Esmé. She is a fabulous! Any vision I bring to her, she makes into a reality. She also gives great consultative advice & always puts her clients first. Highly, highly recommend.
